Caring Collars, Loving Leashes is a campaign to donate collars and leashes to the Trinidad and Tobago Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. Each animal that is adopted will come with its own collar and tag with the owner's contact information, and a leash that will hopefully encourage the owner to walk his/her canine companion.
